ALM Professional Services LLC is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) specializing in enterprise consolidation and management, and IT Service Management (ITSM) planning, integration, and support functions for public and private sector organizations.

ALM’s experience includes the successful implementation and management of consolidation projects, multi-site network installation and servicing, project financial planning and budget management, Security Management including Certification & Accreditation (C&A) and achieving Authority To Operations (ATO) status, compliance with Agency and NIST 800-series directives and policies, Customer Services support to agency users, and the successful implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) operational processes and procedures aligning Agency enterprise consolidation and business requirements to IT Service Management capabilities.

ALM takes a process-oriented approach to understanding the customer’s requirements; that is, we “own the customer’s problem” from the strategic planning stages to implementation through project completion, including ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M) of enterprise systems and services.
